Rectify hostnames or make them configurable?

Hi Community,

I'm getting these messages from my DHCP Servers (Win AD and PIhole):

HOSTNAME Host name of client x.x.x.x => "WiiM Ultra-XXX.xx" contains (at least) one invalid character (hex 20) at position 4

DHCP works nonetheless. Just warnings piling up from a bunch of WiiMs. Looks like spaces are not welcome in the hostname string.

Nothing critical or overly important, but also an easy fix to put another dash in there.

Greets,
Andi

You can rename the WiiM in the WiiM home app to remove the space.

I did that of course for my devices, but these names apply to the app and not to the underlying DHCP/network hostnames.

Unless I am overseeing something. But I think I got what you mean.
