Bought a Remote for the Wiim Pro in July a d it has completely died by October. Lasted all of 12 weeks without regular use. Contacted Wiim support and got as far as being given instructions on how to pair and change batteries….yep…..and after doing everything that Wiim recommended which had already been done, still no remote, lifeless. Asked for a return and replacement but not possible via Amazon UK so contacted the website. Still waiting for confirmation to return the obviously faulty remote. Anybody else dealing with a similar issue concerning the remote?
