Remote v1 Alexa push to talk tone that it's listening.

I've just started playing with the WiiM Amp remote and curious is it supposed to make the listening tone when I push the mic button like an Alexa device does?
It works fine, but no "bong" when it's listening.
Is it a setting or just not something it does?

I don’t think it does it - there’s no setting in the Alexa app for request sounds as you might see for an echo

Nowadays on my WiiM Ultra when i push the microphone button on my remote v1, the volume knob triangle becomes brighter. However I can only see this happening in a dark room. During the day I didn't notice the change in brightness on the volume knob triangle.

On my Pro Plus the LED becomes super bright when I press the microphone button on the remote v1 I use with it. No problem seeing this in a brightly lit room.

I have noticed that when I push to talk, it does mute the music now. Not sure if it did that before or not.
