Hello, i'll just paste the feedback i have sent to support so maybe someone had similar issue and i can only hope it's not the amplifier problem.

Hello, yesterday i've noticed that the right channel is at about half quieter than the left.
My amplifier is Ayon Scorpio II tube amp with USB DAC.
Swapped left right cables to eliminate speaker issue and the speakers are ok.
Swapped all the tubes from left on right side and problem is still here.
Changed speaker cables and same problem.
Swapping from USB to RCA output same problem.
Later i've connected Chromecast Audio through RCA and problem was still here.
I've checked balance in Wiim app and then i noticed when i move the balance to the right speaker, the sound stops after 3 seconds and reappears when i move it to the left side. It does not happen when i move it to the left speaker.
I have played pink noise and on that right speaker there is audible distortion beside the noise
I've connected my LG V60 with Sabre DAC and it works without problem.
I tried the same thing with moving balance to the right side and there was no problem.
I'm streaming right now through Tidal on Ultra and it works as it should be but it worked ok last night and after 15 minutes it happend again.
Can you check is my Wiim working properly? Maybe there is some network issue because my main source is Tidal.

Thank you.

Did you ever hear anything back on this bc it seems like I’m having the same issue

By any chance are you using room correction with the parametric eq? If so could you try going back to using normal eq. I had a similar issue where the left and right channels had been adjusted incorrectly on the parametric eq causing a similar issue

I previously have but since did a factory reset and I’m still having the issue

I’ve tried a factory reset, swapped cables, switched amps, switched speakers, and adjusted the fader in the app. Despite all this, it seems the right output has failed. There was also a moment when only the subwoofer was working, but after another factory reset, the left channel came back. However, the right channel remains nonfunctional. Any and all help is appreciated.
