Slow playback

Yesterday after listening to some radio via LMS to my WiiM Pro, my playback continued with local files from my library but the first track sounded really slowed down. Skipping to the next track fixed it. Then again this morning, turning on radio from Global Player/Planet radio, playback of that was really slowed down. Pausing and skipping forward again fixed it.

I’ve submitted a ticket to WiiM as I couldn’t see anything obvious in the LMS logs. Googling this suggests it might be a sample rate mismatch but it seems weird it impacts local file playback as well as radio. I’ll have a look on the slimdevices forum too and see if it’s mentioned there.

Send the forum moderator the ticket number and he might be able to escalate the issue with WiiM.
