Songs skip, jump, restart... I'm using my Deezer account. Not sure if this is a known issue (couldn't find similar post) or if I'm missing something?

First song will play normally, then agree a while it might jump half way through a song to the next. Or after a few seconds, start from beginning.

I received my Wiim yesterday, I believe i have all software/firmware updates (but i could be wrong). I plug into my Carver MXR 130 using the jack/RCA cable (for now). I have Android 12 on my brand new Nokia G400 5G phone. My Internet/wifi router is Xfinity, (got it last year), with 5Ghz enabled. I have a Deezer subscription 🇨🇵. I want to use Lossless WiFi so i turn off my Bluetooth during playback.

sorry deezer is the service having big problems with the mini...
maybe a new deezer api will fix the situation...hopefully...

announced for the end of September, it hasn't arrived yet...

Deezer provider has told us that the issue maybe fixed on server side. Please help to check if your issue still persists later.

Canard, indeed it was as if my Deezer was on some demo mode. Also, it's as if my profile switch to someone else's. My playlists were replaced by someone else's.

How can I fix/check "server side"? Let me know if i misunderstood Wiim Team.

Hi Carver, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, you can't fix this from your side. We're working with Deezer from their server side. We'll get it resolved ASAP and thank you for your patience.
