Instead of needing a direct line into a Sonos ERA or 5 in order to utilize my Sonos household speakers, I have paired a Sonos Roam to my pro + via Bluetooth out, then select music on the pro + , then go to the Sonos S2 app to group my desired rooms..
The only glitch so far is the Sonos app allows for volume and room control individually but might show a different song title than what is playing via the Wiim pro source . You'll just want to continue to select songs via the Wiim

In order to group rooms you need to select you're Roam speaker in the S2 app and then select your additional rooms

Have followed your idea with the Bluetooth connection to the Sonos Roam (which works). Selection of the additional Sonos rooms (which are not on Bluetooth / only on WiFi network) does not hold. They are immediately dropped. Any ideas?

Sorry but I don’t have an answer or solution for you as I have not had that problem..
