Spotify Hissing

When streaming Spotify there is a very noticeable hissing sound. This problem is not present when streaming g Apple Music, You Tube, or Pandora. Setup is WiiM Pro Plus - Arcam Sa20 - DALI Oberon 7s. Anybody have similar issues? Thanks.

I’m not sure if my issue related to Spotify specifically (I’m still testing) but I found that using a USBC splitter supply has potentially caused the hissing I had.

I used the single Included plug and it look it has stopped on first inspection. Will continue to monitor
