I had an issue with Room Correction. Filed a customer service ticket not expecting much. Got a reply within 12 hrs. First solution didn't solve the problem. The second one did. This coupled with the regular and meaningful software updates would put many high end companies to shame. For a device at such a modest price point it is remarkable and a reason why I won't be leaving the Wiim family.
