Stream youtube to my TV and to speakers

I would like to stream youtube video to my TV and also stream the audio to the Wiim wifi receivers i have. Is this at all possible?

Connect your TV via HDMI ARC (Ultra) or Optical to the WiiM. You may have to make slight adjustments on the TV for latency

Receivers? Plural?
Tv hdmi to a single wiim might well work fine, but if you have more than one wiim in a wiim group then you'll probably have significant lip sync issues.
