Hi there - I created a group in my Wiim App, so I could stream to 3 devices simultaneously (1 ultra and 2 pro plus). That works fine, but now the only device I see in my Wiim App is the group, and I can't go back to seeing each device individually for when I want to stream to just one device.

Any hints on how to resolve this?

thanks in advance!

Don't your have the 🔗 symbol on the Devices page? That one is used yo unlink the devices.

I've tried unlinking the devices - appeared to accept this, then went back to the screen with the group in, and the 🔗 symbol would then only take me to spotify (the last streaming service I used)

Sorry I don't understand what you are doing. Did you press the link symbol or just the device widget?

The link symbol will open a page where you select what to include in the group. Uncheck all but one and the group will be split up.

Ok - so I'm trying that, but it doesn't seem to remove the devices from the group - quick screen video attached (I hope)
On that screen, select at the kitchen and office only.
Uncheck Kitchen and Office.

Thanks - that did it! (I didn't find that obvious)

If you know you know!
If you use Spotify, please try persistent groups - you can connect directly to groups and each devices in the Spotify app without having to link and unlink groups in the WiiM app.
