Sub out doesn’t work Wiim Amp

My Argon Sub 8 is not playing. It worked for a short while, but now it doesn’t work at all. I have tried disconnecting all equipment, rebooting, and reinstalling, but it still doesn’t work. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Make sure it isn't the sub or the wiring. Send the Amp back.

Can you check to see if your sub has been switched off in the app. If not raise a ticket with wiim and they will have a look at your logs. Sometimes with the wiim, rebooting is not enough, you may find that it helps to remove the power lead for a while.

I had skipped the final sentence in the above post by @Ronnie D. Sorry. The idea is good though, so I second it.

Also make sure to not just reboot but really disconnected all devices from the mains power. Sometimes this helps after a firmware update.
