Tidal & Amazon music not working

Hi Guys
Everything has been working perfectly up until today. Opened WiiM app it found device on network, I clicked into Tidal and it just hung. I then rebooted, tried again. This time went to Tidal login. I entered log in details, got the tick indicating all was ok and then the message returning to WiiM homepage, it hung for a while and then said login failed. Same happening with Amazon music. Have tried everything cannot connect via Tidal connect either. Preferred DNS server is off (saw this as a possible fix) have unplugged, rebooted still no joy!
 
Try rebooting your router as well as your Wiim. Maybe deleting and re installing the Wiim app would help too.
 
Do you get any music at all thru the Wiim, say even vTuner or Tunein? Either way, try submitting a ticket thru the feedback section in the WiiM app and hopefully they'll be able to identify the root cause.
