Tidal connect switches from Tidal app to Wiim app

Funny thing that happens at times. I typically use the Tidal app and just select the Wiim endpoint from there however more times than not, the "control" of the streaming is taken over by the Wiim app that isn't even open on my phone.

For instance I'll play a playlist from the Tidal app then go to pause it to find it is no longer playing from the Tidal app so I open the Wiim app to pause it there. Small but annoying issue.

If you’re using Tidal Connect, the WiiM app reflects what’s running on the WiiM device, so it’s not taking control. Also, as the stream is going direct from the Tidal servers to the WiiM, the Tidal app strictly is no longer involved but will display the stream (like the WiiM app) if the Connect link is maintained. Sounds as if the Tidal app is dropping Connect after a while - can you use the Tidal app to reconnect?

Might be worth checking the energy saver/background activity settings for the Tidal app (if applicable)?
