Top lid on the Ultra detaching

The top on my Ultra is starting to come loose, one of the corners is no longer flush with the sides. Does any one know how it is attached? With glue? Pressing it down doesn’t help, so I guess it’s skewed. Doesn’t look so good and I’m suspecting it can get worse…

I'm pretty sure it's glued on, judging b the only disassembly video that's been posted so far. I didn't try to take my own unit apart.

I suspect that you're probably in need of a replacement unit, but I cannot speak for the reseller, of course.
