i am using honor magic 8pro and installed wiim home app via google play. then the phone security check will report virus in wiim home app then block all connections.anyonehit similar issue? the workaround is uninstall then reinstall, then hit same alertin a few days.

You might want to alert WiiM directly through the feedback function within the WiiM Home App, tab "More...". In theory the file could have been infected anywhere across the delivery chain, so contacting Google is also a good idea.
The fact that uninstalling and then reinstalling the app does not trigger any alert makes me somewhat suspicious of a false positive, though.
WiiM also provide an APK file on their website directly. However, to be able to install it you need to enable side-loading, which potentially reduces security if you don't trust the source of the file.
No alert from the security scan on my Xiaomi 15 with freshly update virus definitions. I don't feel at risk.

If you downloaded the app from Google Playstore I would be very surprised if it was infected.
Play Protect should be scanning and reporting issues
