Volume difference problem between turntable and Spotify

Hello! I just got Wiim Amp and connected to my Audio Technica AT LP120 turntable.

Turntable has a pre-amp so I switched to line position and also mind that in phono position, you get no sound anyways.

I have Klipsch RP 160M speakers, so I wanted to do a volume test yesterday. Turntable volume is fairly high but does not unlock the full potential of speakers because when I did a volume test with Spotify, for the first time my neighbor from upstairs showed up and he said he can't hear his tv.

Any idea why volume levels are different between turntable vs Spotify? How can I fix this?

Thank you! Currently under pre-gain drop down menu, they all sit at 0 db. If that's what you mean?

Yeah, adjust those up or down to equalise the volume level between different inputs.
