My first CD was free when I purchased my Sony CDP-101, there was a choice of 20 titles available to select from, and the only one that even slightly appealed to me was James Last Classics.

I may have mentioned this before but when I was very young I was at an uncle’s and he had some music playing on his “stereogram”. When I asked what it was, he said “James Last record”. When I then replied “Thank God he’s not making any more”, he was not amused

Yeah, I believe so but feel it was very much of its time, which I’d agree isn’t necessarily a bad thing
