Where did the Wifi toggle go? My WiiM Pro is connected through ethernet anyway, but does that mean the Wifi toggle will not be shown under the Network Status settings? It was there (I recall) up until very recently.

Does it reappear if you unplug the Ethernet cable?

If I cut the ethernet connection, I think the Home app probably won't be able to link to the Pro and show me anything, let alone whether the wifi toggle is back. No? Although I'm fine with ethernet, if I were going to switch to wifi, wouldn't I need to be able to turn it on and enter the usual password security settings prior to unplugging the ethernet? Or, will the WiiM Pro simply expect to be paired up with BT in this scenario?

Good point, I suppose it depends if it remembers any WiFi configuration that it's had! I don't see the WiFi toggle either.

I can only speak for the Amp so far, but it shows either Wi-Fi or Ethernet in the App, not both. I'd expect this to be the same with the Pro.

If it doesn't remember the previous Wi-Fi settings you should put it into setup mode. With the Amp this is done by pressithe play button for ~3 seconds. Look it up in the docs.

Your phone will connect to the WiiM using Bluetooth in setup mode, so it doesn't matter it Wi-Fi is available or not.

Thanks, yes, I suspected that would be the routine, but still am not clear on why the Wifi toggle under Network settings vanished. I have always had the WiiM Pro connected through ethernet, but the Wifi toggle was still available/showing until very recently, so I assumed it must have been a recent firmware-related change.

I've always ever seen either one.
