Wiim Amp Pro

I opened up Tidal and my Wiim AMP Pro and clicked on FIRMWARE UPDATES. I have pressed UPDATE quite a few times, turned the amp on and it's still locked up. Any suggestions please.

Have you tried disconnecting your amp from the power supply for a couple of mins, then plug it back in and try again?

Thank you again. I have disconnected the amp and rebooted twice and it's still locked. I appreciate your help.

Can you provide a screenshot showing what you mean by "locked"?

Does Tidal find the WiiM Amp Pro as a Tidal Connect target?

Thanks to everyone for their help. I finally got it cleared by deleting the Wiim Home Amp and reinstalling. PIA but I got it done finally.

This new Update area in the More tab has delays and multiple screens to go through, The whole thing should be cleaned up/streamlined.

@RyanWithWiiM: Maybe the @WiiM Team could take a look at that.
