My Wiim Amp cuts subwoofer out abruptly, sometimes it works fine, sometimes creates very low popping noise, sometimes kicks back in. I turn the sub-out off and on from the app, it starts working normal and cuts off again. Non repeatable consistently. Very annoying. Switched the sub to see if it's the subwoofer. No it's the same with another sub. The subs work fine with my other setups. It almost looks like a ntc issue but why should it be on a line level output? It doesn't make sense. Anybody had a similar issue? Is it a software glitch?

Is the sub's auto-standby turned on? If so, is the sub on when sound stops coming from the sub?
The sub's auto-standby may not be activated when the Amp volume is low.

If this is not the cause, please submit a ticket through the feedback section of the WiiM app shortly after the issue occurs. A device log will be sent with it.

Yes, there is a standby function on the sub inherent. Which means that I will have to lower the gain on the sub and increase the gain on the Wiim output I guess. I will try that first and see if that works. Thank you!

Or try turning off the auto standby function.

A quick internet search found a lot of users with the same issue. Go with your idea then and reduce the gain of the sub. Where is the gain set
It's around 9 o'clock on the knob with the gain of 0dB in Wiim Amp so I dont have much wiggle space, but I will drop it around 8 o'clock. (almost near zero)
