What change exactly was made by whom?

Can you still see the Pro Plus in the WiiM Home app?

If the local Wi-Fi SSID has changed or the frequency range previously used by the WiiM Pro Plus has been disabled (or renamed), you need to put the Pro Plus in setup mode, make sure your phone is connected to the right Wi-Fi network and redo this part of the configuration.
