My Wiim Pro Plus experiences intermittent playback when used at high rates. When I select SPDIF at 96kHz/24bit or 192kHz/24bit for testing in the WiimHome App, the sound becomes intermittent. Additionally, when I listen to a 96kHz/24bit track using Tidal Connect, the audio also plays intermittently. I used the optical, RCA and coax inside the box all have the same effect, can someone save me?

Common causes of such problems include network or power supply.

If you are using Wi-Fi, please try Ethernet. Also, changing the power adapter may solve the problem.

Welcome.

You mention tidal connect.
Do you get the same issues with tidal directly on your phone/tablet? i.e. when not using the wiim at all.
Also, are you using the wiim wired ethernet or wifi? If wifi, 2.4ghz or 5ghz?

I used the official power adapter(5v/2a) and cables, and also tested Ethernet, but it still doesn't work.

There will be no problem if me don't use wiim,
You could try toggling the ipv6 and preferred dns settings in the wiim app.

That would see to rule out wifi interference as the issue.
Do you have any of your own music at 96khz or above you can try? i.e. not coming from the internet.

If factory reset the WiiM device does not solve the problem, please submit a ticket through the feedback section of the WiiM app. A log of the device will also be sent with the ticket to help resolve the issue.

Edit : before resetting, also please try turning on/off DNS and IPv6 as @Mr Ee said.

My bolding.
RCA implies it's not a cable / external dac issue, which does seem to point to the music just not coming into the pro quickly enough, as per wiimer's post / suggestions.

How can I fix this issue? I'm listening to a 96/24 track with Tidal Connect on Wiim, and the track is already downloaded on my phone; it can also be played directly.

Btw, My Wiim Mini also have the same problem, I always thought it was the poor performance of the WiiM Mini that was causing it. then I bought Pro+

When using Tidal connect, tracks are downloaded from the internet to the WiiM device directly so not using your phone at all. Make sure you're internet connection is reliable.

Yes, you are right, my network is not reliable for tidal, I really want an HTTP proxy feature.
