3k is fairly low for an amp input impedance. I once had an Arcam amp with input impedance of 4k7 and when I selected the tape monitor while making a recording the level would change. I returned it.

Yes, if it is indeed true circuit wise. Unfortunately, I can't look at it, measure it. 3.3 kOhm is the input impedance of an IRS2092 output stage.
