WiiM pro update

Question regarding my WiiM Pro device.

My device is currently running firmware: 4.8.731953
Build date: 20251009

I’m trying to perform an update. The system shows: “New update available 4.8.738046”
After about 3 minutes, I get the message: “Failed to update to 4.8.738046
Download timeout.
Internet connection issue. Please check your network.”

However, Wi‑Fi works on all my other devices, and the WiiM Pro itself plays music perfectly via an Ethernet connection.

Power cycle the device (remove it from power, wait a few moments then re-connect it) and try again.

I've done this several times over the past month. It doesn't help.

Which country are you from, as some forum members from Russia are having similar issues with firmware updates being blocked.
