Wiim ultra, appletv and projector

Today I am using an Epson tw6700, Yamaha RXV779 and an appletv. It works great besides I have to use separate remote for power (Harmony)
I want to replace the RXV with an Ultra and thinking about how I could make the CEC and ARC work. Anyone tried it?

Turning the power on on my AppleTV turns on the TV and that turns on my Wiim Ultra.

Does the HDMI on the Epson EH-TW6700 support ARC and CEC? From the spec sheet, it appears not to support ARC.

If the Epson projector does'nt support ARC, you can't output audio from the Ultra via HDMI connection. As it also lacks an optical digital output, the only option would be an analogue connection.

How would an HDMI splitter with ARC work in this setup?
The idea is to connect the ARC output to the ultra and the other HDMI port to the projector.
Will both the Ultra and the projector handle CEC in this configuration?

If the projector does not support ARC/CEC, it will not function even with a splitter. Is ARC currently working with the HDMI connection between the RXV779 and TW6700? If it is working, connecting the Ultra to the TW6700 will also work.

When the Apple TV is plugged into the projector's HDMI 2 port, can audio be output from the AV receiver connected to HDMI 1?
