I observed this for the Mellow Mix, only. Main Mix, Rock Mix and Global Mix seem to be unaffected.

As above. I'm getting it only on the Mellow Mix also. Sometimes also getting the same track repeating itself.

EDIT: Just noticed that the OP is talking about the Ultra, but I'm getting it on the Pro.

Update: The Rock and World mixes have now gone haywire also on my Pro.

Only the Main mix is behaving itself now.

One more oddity: I think that the cover art is updating (slowly) even if I quit the stream (hitting the square stop button).

That doesn't feel quite right. Or does it?

Might be unrelated but there is currently an issue with the interactive FLAC streams on LMS except the Main mix which is fine.

Right at this moment cover art for the mellow mix is now correct.
