Wiim ultra room connection not using win ultra as dac

I have a quad artera souls play and I would add win amo for room correction and for streaming using the DAC of quad artera souls play and the streamer and room correct of win ultra

Is it possible or room correction works only when it use the DAC of win ultra?

I have it with JBL L100 classic

After that I add also the quad artera stereo because for me the bass was weak and then a Martin Logan subwoofer dynamo 800 x

Now everything is very good
