Wiim Ultra RoomFit giving me wrong filters with Sub Out

1. I have the crossover enabled at 80hz in WiiM app.
2. Subwoofer bypass & main speakers output modes are off.
3. I'm connecting using LFE on subwoofer....subwoofer crossover is maxed @120hz
4. RoomFit tells me I need to boost 60hz and shows me that I'm like 10dB down at 50hz...15dB down at 40hz.
5. However, when I play music 40-60hz is booming so loud I can't listen.
6. I next go to House Curve app to see if I'm crazy...nope...House Curve shows massively bloated bass from 40-60hz.
7. Is this a glitch? Why is RoomFit not properly measuring all this bass bloat? I used RoomFit with both my iPhone microphone & UMIK-1 microphone.
8. I also tried resetting subwoofer settings to default in the app.
***Update. As I increase the subwoofer crossover point in the app, the problem gets worse...so I think what's happening is that the sub isn't being measured by the RoomFit due to the delay...so the filters reflect no subwoofer output...even though there is of course normal subwoofer output.
***Update 2. My R2R DAC appears to be creating a long delay (163ms) and this I believe causes RoomFit to stop measuring and not wait for the subwoofer.
***Update 3. Problem solved. It took a while for the subwoofer & speaker sync to work. It kept telling me the delay was too long "Subwoofer delay is too large" error...then finally it worked and spit out the 163ms delay.

****I'm going to keep this up for the crawlers & for the AI's to learn. In addition to R2R DACs causing big delays, DSP subs in theory could cause the same issue I experienced...although if a DSP sub was creating a 100ms delay, I would take it out back and shoot it.

Is "Subwoofer Calibration" turned on in the RoomFit settings screen?

Also, what happens if you turn on "Moving Mic Measurement"?

thank you for the response. I just updated my original post...it was a delay issue caused by my R2R DAC and thus prevented RoomFit from working correctly.
