Hi, up until now I've been using wiim ultra to listen to Spotify. It works great. On Saturday my new epson laser projector arrived and I connected it to wiim with hdmi arc cables. The sound works but it stops for 1-2 seconds, the image doesn't freeze during this time, only the sound cuts out. It's not the router's fault, I replaced the router with MikroTik and I have great Internet. I did a firmware update, nothing helped. The same thing happens, when I want to increase the volume it also stops for a second. It's very irritating and I'm thinking about changing to Eversolo. Can You help me?

Can you please explain what you mean by "stop for a second"? Is it breaking up and coming back? Or do it stop completely.
Is it always happening at the same time or multiple times?
It could be a bad HDMI cable. Did you try another one?

Like @hgo58 said, I would suspect the cable first, have you tried placing the Ultra near the projector and connecting it with the included HDMI cable?
How long is the HDMI cable? If you need a longer cable, I recommend using the Optical HDMI cable.
Thanks for the suggestions. I'll change the cable today. However, it's a Purelink HDMI 7m cable. I connect the projector to the Yamaha RX-A2 with the same cable and there's no problem.

Since it may not be just a cable issue, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the feedback section of the WiiM app. A log of the device will be sent to help resolve the issue.
Also, please try setting the projector's digital audio output to PCM and see if that solves the issue.
