Wiim Ultra to Parasound P6 using USB

If I connect my Wiim Ultra to Parasound P6 via USB will I be running the signal through 2 seperate DAC's?
This is assuming I'm switching some or all inputs using the Wiim Ultra.

No. Remember what DAC stands for - digital to analog converter. If you're using a digital output from the Ultra, then the audio stream hasn't been converted to analog hence it hasn't used the Ultra's DAC

Digital output bypasses the WiiM’s internal DAC, but DSP is processed separately so DSP still works (room correction, bass management, PEQ).

Thanks, I did not realize the DSP is treated separately from DAC. So much clearer now with all the help I've received here.
