Wiim Ultra TV audio out of sync

I connected my WiiM Ultra to my TV via Optical and from the ultra to my denon via Optical as well (also tried HDMI from tv to ULTRA). When I share the audio to a separate Wiim zone I get a significant audio delay, voice is completely out of sync. Was hoping to use this when playing your tube videos from TV and stream the music across the house. I tried different settings to decrease the latency, but it didn't help much. I am curious if anyone has run into the same?

Are these the settings you tried. In my case, manually setting it to 15ms made it much better

With the multiple WiiM devices (I think you have?) then also check the Group delay.
