I searched here on the forum and found several suggestions but I was unable to solve it anyway,

set coax output to maximum resolution on Wiim app, set Amazon music and entered HD/UHD mode in Amazon Alexa setting. Connected wiim in coax to the amplifier (Roksan Attessa), but the resolution does not move from 24/44.1. I only play from Amazon Music Unlimited, where am I going wrong?

Have you also toggled on HD/UHD under the Amazon Music settings as well as the Alexa settings in the WiiM Home app? Are you using Amazon Music Unlimited on the individual or family plan, and not just playing Amazon Music Prime? If you’re casting from the Amazon Music app itself, have you chosen HD/UHD in its app settings?

First of all, thanks for the support. Yes, I activated both Apps with HD/UHD, I use Amazon music Unlimited individual plan. I had it demonstrated with both Wiim Pro app and AM (the resolution is however reported to me by the first app). Technically you should have activated all the right options, except for something that I don't understand.

I don't know what to say. I have both the mini and the pro and I use AMU. The 2 WiiMs are connected:

The mini via optical SPDIF

The pro via COAX.

Obviously I enabled HD/UHD as explained above

and I set max quality. 24/192

Well, I hear bit perfect i.e. what AMU sends the WiiMs reproduce
