You Tube as a music source

I find You Tube is an excellent resource for checking out new music - lots of official videos, live concerts, etc. Have accumulated a carefully curated collection of material this way. Posting links in the 'What are you listening to' thread gives others the chance to hear something new, rather than just some picture of a "silent" track (which often is meaningless) . Just a thought

A thread quickly gets bogged down with YouTube videos, and will load very slowly. I rarely post them.

Haven't noticed any particular impact myself. They are just a link.
Have noticed some images are slow to load - some are very large.
