Yes, but in any case, it's not very expensive to produce (mounted on robots, etc.)...don't get carried away.... More a" care " that a cost (And if it's well marketed...it sells well..)

But adding a balanced output costs almost nothing for these manufacturers... even a few Chinese Oxco , or isolation transformers ,"opa1612"... cost a few tens of dollars... but it's marketing that clearly "pays off"... In any case, it's completely unrelated to the cost of production here...

For a long time now, it's clear that many people are dreaming of an Eversolo "bis"... at a "low price"... Wiim-style... Is the software better on the Eversolo? Are the features as rich? Or is it just for the device itself? The large screen? The XLR output? T hese are all marketing points...

When you think about it, the last of the "simple" Wiim streamers, the Ultra, will soon be two years old (early summer)... .( mini end of 21!) Is a product like that in the works...? Or a pair of connected slippers with built-in speakers...? Connected to the ...

No, the idea ,for me ,is to have an integrated charging solution on the streamer itself... so you can leave a tablet, phone, etc., on it for your own use. (and avoid the limitations inherent in internal screens) Anyway... end of digression. ;-)

Placed on a charging stand via induction (or, if a sufficiently powerful charger is integrated into the machine, via a standard cable) Induction charging is just a vague idea for leaving it on charge and not struggling to find it hidden "under the cushions" ;-) and on a small vertical stand...

It's not just about " looking at it" a little support would help orient it... (you used to see it a lot in past)... but leave a dedicated tablet or something to charge , easily, if needed. (I'm afraid a decent little used tablet will cost much less than what they'll charge you for a built-in...

I know how important screens are for sales... and I imagine that in the future, Wiim will include ever-larger screens like the competition... Personally, I see little point in it... planned obsolescence... and fragility. (I would personally prefer to dedicate a chip tablet, old Phone etc to this...

if the Wiim teams are reading this: to align with the fairly obvious use case with the headphones of Wiim machines, and their PEQ mode, etc. I'd like to see a crossfeed function for our headphones (with two or three presets like 30/30,40/40 or 50/50 etc ) that would connect to mono/ stereo...

Are there any solutions/documents/literature on crossfeed processing for headphones, via DSP, known to Wiim engineers? ;-)
