Yes, I did that. I had a trial account for a while and every time I'd open it in Wiim Home it would tell me I could only play 30 seconds. This didn't go away after getting a full account until I signed out and in again.

The higher bit rates are gray and cant be selected.

I recently got a Qobuz subscription, however when using it through the Wiim home app it's limited to 44.1. If I use the Qobuz app and Qobuz Connect to the Wiim it works plays with the correct bit rate that the track is in. I have both a Pro and and Ultra the issue is the same on both.

Deleting both additional accounts, leaving only the one I want to use, did work however. I'm fortunate not to have need anything in that account, but other people may need to actually keep 2 accounts. You should look into fixing this.

No that just adds a 3rd account that Wiim also can't see.

I have 2 accounts in Youtube but Wiim only show the first one when trying to login from the Wiim Home app. What can I do? All my playlists are on the 2nd one.

When you set a playlist to a preset and then later modify the playlist the preset doesn't reflect that change. For example if I add several songs to a playlist they are not there in the preset. You can fix it by manually re setting the preset, but is there some way to handle this...

I have the same issue with the Wiim Ultra on a complete different dac than his. That same dac didn't pop when using a Wiim Pro. I brought this issue a while ago and got dismissed as it being my dacs fault.

Totally agree. EQ literally always sounded worse to me. Doesn't matter if it's done digitally or analog.

Please add more ability to navigate your library and streaming services from the device itself. The most you can do currently is load presets and next/last track. The Ultra's touch screen is begging for this feature, and so am I. I'm tired of being tied to my phone to use Wiim devices.

Yeah, it doesn't seem to happen within an album. But when I change to something else it does. Leans towards it being a sample rate changing thing.

The ultra is generating pops and clicks sometimes when I change the track, it could be a sample rate thing. I have the fade in fade out effects turned on which says it should eliminate that, how it doesn't seem to. I'm connected over USB.

Any one else getting this? After today's (6-6-24) update on the Wiim Pro, track changes take 8 to 10 seconds. Previously it was 1 or 2 seconds. This is on Amazon music. I'm not sure if other services are affected as well.

I have a hard time envisioning anyone caring about XLR who isn't going to already be using an external DAC.
