Interesting news in deed! Wonder if it will be worth the upgrade from my current Fosi V3 Mono's - Wiim Ultra setup, or if that will even be an upgrade. Am running 48V/10A psu for my two V3's and have swapped opamps in both (2 in each) for muses02. I guess I have more power with my current...
After many trials and error attempts, I have decided to wait for room correction to include L/R correction + sub before I give it another go. With the current stereo room correction with sub I cannot seem to get a better sound than without it. I try to listen with RC on for a while, but always...
Make that four! As much as I like Qobuz and their dedication to hi-res and better pay for artists, Spotify just wins when it comes to usability. And since I will never get the rest of the family off Spotify, being able to get everything in one place sounds good to me.
I see something like this. No way to connect through Spotify Connect on either my Pro Plus or Ultra.
AirPlay is on the Pro Plus or through my Apple TV that is connected via hdmi to the Ultra.

I use VU-meter for everything now, after having used both large album art and also deactivating it completely. I agree that being able to set a now playing screen for inputs would be great. I particularly would like to be able to disable the screen altogether when HDMI ARC is active and the tv...

My reasons being:
Phono stage
The big difference for med with choosing the Ultra over Amp Pro was initially the Phono input in the Ultra. However...
This sure does not sound right. I have gone back to the stereo RC for now. Don't know if this is just due to the sub out being turned off, but will test L/R again when sub out is possible or other alterations are made.
Reply from @WiiM Support just received:
Currently, Sub Out is not included in the separate channel Room Correction feature. Please be assured that we are actively working on this feature.
Was told by Support to turn off Sub Out before running the RC calibration. With that done L/R RC does work. Have not had the chance to listen to the results yet.
If you can believe it, I have just received a reply from the kind folks at @WiiM Support, stating:
The latest WiiM app version for iOS is 2.11.8. Please update to this version and try again.
So now I am just waiting for my iPhone to receive the new version...🐬
EDIT: Even with the new app, I...
