I recently started to use Amazon on my PC, I've noticed that if I use my music library from the website it has only the like unlike option for removing music. If I use the App on the PC I get the ability to remove from library plus my downloads which are not available on the website music...

The albums in amazon music on my WiiM I do not have in my amazon music App anymore. The albums I have on amazon music App I usually keep the same in the download section as the not downloaded section.

Nothing has worked, I'll try contacting Amazon music and see if I can figure it out. WiiM shows albums I don't have downloaded anymore. Not sure if it's an Amazon issue or WiiM. Last resort I'll do a free trial of Tidal and try that.

I've been trying things for a few weeks, un-installed both apps, logged out, refresh, reboot. Wiim will not update my amazon music, it still has albums I've deleted weeks ago showing up. Maybe the recent like unlike changes Amazon has done messed things up? Might have to shut down amazon and try...

I have the same problem, I tried many times rebooting, force stop the apps, refresh. Wiim Pro does not add my albums or delete to match my amazon music

Thanks that helped. My library is now in order, I just need to figure out to work Alexa on Wiim. It keeps connecting to my phone not wiim. I'll keep going at it..lol

I have no devices showing up when I cast. I've tried to add wiim as a device many times and it doesn't find it. Yet I can go to Amazon in wiim through music services and play no problem. I guess I'm missing something, I'll keep working on it. Thanks for your help

How are you deleting songs? I've been trying in my album library but there is no option for deleting

WiiM does not show as a device in Alexa, I've rest the wiim multiple times, reboot. In originally dud not have the Alexa app downloaded, I did that but still doesn't work with WiiM. Alexa works fine with Amazon app on my samsung

Well I see that everything Alexa was checked. Alexa works fine through Amazon app but doesn't if I use Amazon in my wiim home app. I open up Amazon music in wiim app and go to my music. I even Uninstalled it and reinstalled it again with no change. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I don't...

Sounds good I'll give it a try. I always assumed Alexa was like siri.

I have not found the need to use Alexa, talking to an app when I can easily just tap the album I want isn't my thing. If it works to keep my library up to date I would try it. The wiim app just never deletes the albums I delete in my Amazon app. They should be the same. No option to delete in...

I can't find out how to delete my library in the wiim app. Wiim app doesn't keep up with what I have in my Amazon account. Albums I deleted still show up through wiim. Any idea why?
