Is it generally worth plugging speaker ports if they are high passed, when placing them close to a wall?

Or a Samsung Tizen version (much less likely)

Most TV's upsample everything to 48khz that goes out of the optical. It's not higher quality.

I've decided to go with an AV. I want the extensive HDMI and support for video. I may even get a centre speaker for dialogue!

It's not an AV. It's a very elderly PMA255uk.

I have been thinking about it.

I think by purchasing the Pro to add streaming to my ancient amp and speakers I've limited myself to a small system with no obvious path forward.

At the my moment my setup is : Wiim Pro => S.M.S.L. SU1 => Denon Amp => Wharfedale diamonds I really like the improvement in sound quality and use Tidal connect to stream music. The little speakers don't offer much in bass and I would like to integrate a sub and also my Sony Blu-ray for CD's...

Is there a problem with the Pro that the other devices don't have? Seems odd that they've all had updates in the last week and the Pro hasn't had one for nearly a month. Especially as the Pro + has exactly the same functionality 🤔

I have my eye on one. I'm slowly convincing the wife it will fit in with the decor 😏

Tried the second beta and am very happy. I used my Moto G53 which has shown it has a good response from other apps. I set for 6db gain and the range from 58 to 3500hz. I only have little Wharfedale diamonds, so trying to wring out more bass below this frequency is probably a waste of time...

I used my son's iPhone to test the RC and was pleasantly surprised by the difference it made. Having now tried the beta on my android phone, I can say the results are very similar. Absolutely delighted 🙂
