‘My Music’ struggling to load local files on phone and tablet

Since the last home app update both my android phone (Oppo - android 14) and tablet Xiaomo (android 15) has struggled to load flac files stored on micro sd card. I click on ‘my music’ and am waiting forever for the songs to load. I have a moto (android 15) with files stored on its fixed storage with no issues. Anybody else had a similar concern? Thought I’d ask before raising a ticket. Happens with mini or pro. Phone and tablet both rebooted and Wiim home app reinstalled to no avail.

Do you notice the same delay with BubbleUPnP which also relies on the Android Media Library?

Don’t use bubbleUPnP but just downloaded it and it found and played my files no problem.
But searching in Wiim home app yields nothing. I’ll raise a ticket. Thanks for the suggestion
