Can't connect to 'Home Music Server' via 'Wiim Home' Android app.

Streamers are generally low storage capacity devices, while NAS servers generally have billions or trillions of bytes. It has always made far more sense to store the metadata on the server with the music files. Doubt this will change.
Eventually I will get a new NAS, one that has nVme disk to handle metadata (if possible) and better UpnP or DLNA server on it.. look at the TerraMaster F4-423 at this stage...

I am currently using WiimHome UpnP in the 'Home Music Server' section of the app. The Android app picks it up on the 'Home Music Share' part of the music 'browse'... The WiimHome app is clunky as shit, yes I am aware it is 'beta' and that Wiim are doing testing, so hopefully the improve the performance of as it constantly freezes while it reindexes/scans, a pain in the arse when one was something like 8 TB of music files across 4 disks!

Ho Hum, but thanks for all the tips I currently have a 'beta style' solution for streaming off my personal LAN and the HiDef stuff sounds great on my Ultra, way better than my RiP4/InnomakerDAC/Volumio streamer
