Currently when wiim devices are grouped, volumes act independently until the group leader is turned down to zero, which suddenly mutes the follower device as well.
I would prefer if the follower device continued to produce sound.
My set up uses a wiim amp plugged into the TV and speakers as the group lead, and a wiim pro (follower) to headphones for quiet listening/not disturbing sleepers. It mostly works brilliantly, however to have sound from the TV play on my wiim pro/headphones I need to have the volume on the wiim amp set to at least 1, which is still quite loud.
It might be useful for other users who don't want always to produce sound at the source, ie a turntable in one room sent to speakers in another.
