Add Radio Paradise My Favourites Channel

While I was happy to see the new channels added to the recent Radio Paradise beta, I was disappointed to see the My Favourites channel wasn’t included - from the ticket I submitted, it would seem WiiM were unaware of its existence. For those who don’t know, it’s a stream of the tracks you’ve rated 5 or more while listening to RP, and you need to have more than 100 such tracks. I also note that the beta has an option to link your account - without the means to rate tracks or access My Favourites, I don’t see what logging in does.

In fact, you can even configure the minimum rating required for your favourites (as long as there are at least 100 songs available with this or a higher rating).

I didn’t realise you could set your own minimum rating. I think it used to be a minimum of 7 but may have (mis)read recently it was now 5. I tend to rate from 7 up anyway…

WiiM did say they’d consider it in a later release - I even offered them my login for testing so they’d have an account meeting the minimum number of tracks, but they haven’t got back to me on that.

Same here, I don't bother rating songs I don't like quite that much. There's no crap on RP, anyway.

We've identified an issue where the My Favourites mix is not found, which only occurs on the iOS app. A new app update will be released this week to fix this issue.

Regarding the Rate Tracks and My Favourites access features, we are exploring implementation options. Stay tuned for updates!
