Alarm - See current system time, time zone, and sync

On the alarms menu, it would be nice to see the current system time, time zone, and either the last sync time on the system clock or a button to manually sync. Some users may also need to manually change time zones depending on locations and preferences.

DST changes should be automatic. Several users have reported issues with alarms after DST clock changes, indicating the system clock may not be updating properly.
