Amazon login timeout

Went to use one of my Wiim Pros today. Was able to browser Amazon in the Wiim app but nothing would play. Thought logging out and back in would help. But now I get a timeout message when trying to login. It appears after clicking Allow on the Amazon permission page.

Amazon Music working fine on other Wiim devices on the same network.

Anyone else experienced this?

I have factory reset but the problem persists.

I can see the permission for Alexa is being updated under my Amazon account as per the screenshot.

I also logged out of Amazon on a different Wiim Pro and was able to log back in with no issue.

I have just tried logging in with a new tidal account and it is also not logging in on this device! I was able to log in on my other Wiim Pro.
What could be causing one device to error on logging in to external service??? Note: the errors happen after the process gets handed back to the Wiim app from the service's login page.
 
If a factory reset it hasn't resolved it, submit a ticket to WiiM via the settings/feedback route in the WiiM app so they can inspect your device logs for clues
