Amazon music when played directly though WiiM app goes silent after about 20 seconds although still showing it’s playing. I thought it was a device issue (WiiM mini) and used a different device. Same thing. Then maybe a router issue. No improvement. Then it happened at my office with a completely different WiFi router. Seems like an issue with the latest firmware rollout. Any ideas?
 
As said in the Facebook group, given you’ve gone thru most of the basic troubleshooting steps, best submitting a ticket to WiiM thru the feedback section in the WiiM Home app so they can inspect your device logs for evidence as to the root cause,
 
I have had similar issues with music services playing 20 seconds of a track and stopping or skipping usually when I am not subscribed or the app thinks I’m not
Signing out and in again usually fixed it but guessing you have done that submitting a ticket is the way to go, they recently fixed an odd issue I was having with Qobuz cutting the last 20 seconds off the end
