Amp Pro reset - lost everything

Came home tonight, the Amp Pro was showing an amber light, which was strange.

Opened the app to see what was happening and the amp wasn't found. Although I did NOT click on reset in order to connect again, it seems like the amp is now factory fresh and no presets, PEQ, settings and services etc are there.

The power light was flashing white the other night like it does after an update/restart... Maybe that was the cause?

Any way to get all my settings back?

No way I’m afraid if it has factory reset. I’d submit a ticket via the more/feedback section in the app so WiiM can inspect your logs to see if your unit has developed a fault - its behaviour does sound unusual.
