Bitrate display

Hi, for internet radio (tunein, vtuner..), there is a streamer quality display as "16-bit/44.1khz" (tunein / Radio Pradise). Some other says "192 kbs 16-bit/44.1khz" (vtuner / radio paradise). First, tunein doesn't show bit rate. If there is no bit rate information, why & then what is the bit rate? What is the difference between those two information type.

I assume this is what the DAC is receiving after the incoming steam (AAC, MP3, FLAC, whatever) is decoded. So it would default to 16/44.1 for everything but hi-res lossless streams, e.g FLAC.
