Boxes with "TI" in instead of album artwork

Sorry if this has been asked before. I have a Wiim Pro Plus that worked fine when I set it up a couple of months back. I am using Tidal. Now, when I search for a band only a couple of albums appear with the artwork, the rest of the albums show a white square with the letters TI in the middle. When I press on one of the albums with artwork I get taken to a list of podcasts which feature the name of the band even if not related at all. Then, every now and then an album will play fine! Does anyone know how to resolve this issue. Thank you.
