Can not connect to any app. Only via Airplay

Hello, I am having this recent issue with my Wiim mini. I can not connect to any app, I am not able to log in to TIDAL via the Wiim App - I get an error. And also I get infinite "connecting" when try to connect via Spotify Connect. Also with TuneIn, I get the error "can't play now, choose others" Nevertheless, with Airplay works.

Did anyone experience this before? When I first got the Wiim everything was fine, but it seems that the 2 new updates caused some issues.
 
Reboot your router. Power the mini off and back on and see if that helps. If not, do a factory reset of the mini by holding down its play button for ten seconds until it says it’s restarting

If those steps fail, raise a ticket to WiiM from the feedback section in the app so they can inspect your device logs for the root cause.
 
Did that already a couple of times, and it was the same. Already submitted a ticket. Was just wondering if there were any solutions available from here.
